General rules
- Upon arrival, all guests are required to read the price list, the campsite regulations and to register at the reception by providing a valid document. The campsite may take criminal action against anyone found inside the village without having been properly registered.
- At the entrance, the exact number of members of the staying group and the type of equipment to be placed must be declared . The campsite does not accept stays of working guests, as it is a structure with an exclusive tourist vocation. The customer crews (campers and caravans) must be registered, otherwise they will not be accepted. Each arrival and/or departure within the group must be communicated to the Management, in order to correctly calculate the cost of the holiday.
- Minors under 18 years of age are allowed inside the campsite only if accompanied by adults who are legally responsible for them. Adults must ensure that the behavior of their children or minors entrusted to them does not disturb the peace and safety of other customers.
- Visitors can access the campsite only on foot, upon presentation of an identity document. Stays in the facility longer than 2 hours are subject to payment of the daily rate.
- The days of stay are counted based on the number of nights
- The booked pitches can be occupied starting from 16:00 and must be vacated by 10:00. After this time the following day will also be charged.
- The booked apartments can be occupied starting from 16:00 and must be vacated by 10:00.
- Crews cannot be left empty in the period from 01/08 to 31/08 (with the exception of flat rates. Min daily crew presence 2 adults).
- Each pitch is equipped with an electrical connection . In order to guarantee the safety of the structure and guests, it is recommended to use cables and sockets that comply with the law, to occupy only one electrical connection and to pay maximum attention when using gas and stoves.
- For subscribers it is possible to use only one electrical connection, the second socket will have an additional cost of €200.00.
- Car entry (at walking pace) is permitted only upon arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out), to allow for loading and unloading of luggage. Car entry is NEVER permitted to guests/visitors.
- All equipment must be placed within the boundaries of the assigned pitch, also taking into account the opening of the windows of campers and caravans so as not to invade the area of the adjacent pitch.
- Dogs, admitted according to the tariff plan, must always be indicated at the time of booking, must be kept on a leash or with a muzzle (mandatory in case of aggression). Owners are required to present the health card of their animals, to accompany them outside the campsite for physiological needs (providing for the immediate removal of excrement).
- Owners of dogs occupying the apartments must ensure that they do not climb onto the sofas and beds and that they do not cause damage to the structure and objects present. If this occurs, the costs for restoration will be charged to the stay account.
- Only one large dog is allowed in the apartments.
- Owners of dogs occupying the pitches must ensure that they do not disturb other guests of the campsite by invading other people’s spaces. Dog fences must not exceed 100 cm in height, if not enough to contain the dog, the latter must be kept tied inside the pitch. Those who do not comply with the above rules will be asked to leave the campsite immediately. The management is not responsible for any aggression between dogs or episodes of incivility between owners inside and outside the structure (bau beach and external perimeter of the campsite).
- It is not permitted to leave dogs alone on the pitch or in the apartment.
- Pet owners who do not respect these rules will be asked to leave the campsite immediately.
It is strictly prohibited
- Light fires inside the campsite and on the beach. It is possible to use barbecues in the designated areas, fueling them with charcoal only (no wood).
- Install covers tied to plants or fixed to the ground, anchors to pine trees, fixed structures above campers and caravans, put up fences and pull ropes at eye level (we recommend using special clotheslines for laundry), hammer nails into trees, throw oil, boiling water and/or soapy water into the ground, cause damage in any way to plants, trees, flower beds and campsite furniture.
- Attaching anything to the campsite fence (e.g. shade cloths, guy ropes, etc.). On pitches facing the sea, the green cloth to protect from the wind can only be placed on poles owned by the customer, positioned at least 10 cm from the fence and must be lower or at most the same height. The same goes for the cloths placed as covers, they can be placed at a maximum of 10 cm from the caravan/camper/tent.
- Attach wires, hammocks, or other objects to campsite fence posts and lampposts.
- Fences must not exceed 100 centimetres in height and must be made of fireproof material (e.g. NO reeds).
- Circulate with vehicles from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 8:00 (adhere to the times indicated above for the circulation of vehicles ONLY during check-in/check-out).
- Using the TV, radio or musical instruments at high volumes, disturbing other residents, especially during quiet hours (12:00 am – 7:00 am/ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm).
- Leave the pitch in an unsightly condition (both during the stay and when leaving the campsite).
Further recommendations
- Guests are asked to respect hygiene and cleanliness by using the campsite bathrooms and toilets appropriately and by using the bins provided for waste collection.
- The customer will be charged for the entire booked stay, delays on the day of arrival or advances on the day of departure will still be charged as actual days of presence.
- The seasonal balance must be paid no later than August 10th.
- Even if the camper/caravan/tent remains empty, the daily cost of the pitch plus one person will still be charged.
- Guests must pay or be paid by the hosts on the day of departure, it is not possible to charge them to the hosts’ account and pay them in the future.
- Each seasonal dog has a cost of €400, semi-seasonal a cost of €250.00, the daily cost is €10.00 in the apartment and in the campsite €7.00 in low season and €10.00 in medium and high season.
- To clean the chemical toilet, it is mandatory to use the appropriate facilities located near the toilets.
- Please use the drinking water distributed by the campsite in a conscious and moderate manner (it cannot be used to wash tents, kitchenettes, verandas, cars and other accessories).
- We also remind you to pay attention to the equipment available to guests and to supervise children on the beach, in the playground and during entertainment activities.
- The parking is not guarded . The Management is therefore not responsible for any theft or damage such as scratches and dents.
- The management and the cash desk are open from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00
- The entrance gate is open from 7:00 to 24:00. Access to the campsite is always guaranteed through a pedestrian crossing.
- For night emergencies , contact the guard.
- Each guest is required to carefully guard their personal belongings. The Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, vandalism or damage to property by third parties.
- Objects found inside the campsite must be handed over to the Management.
- Except for coverage of third party liability risks or in the event of proven direct responsibility of management and/or personnel, the administration is not liable for damages resulting from extraordinary natural events, damages resulting from falling branches, thefts, damages/accidents due to improper use of vehicles/equipment and careless behavior.
- Guests are also asked to respect all recommendations made in certain situations by the Management. Non-compliant guests will be immediately removed from the campsite.
Dog regulations
Dogs are under the direct and sole responsibility of the dog owner
The latter, admitted according to the tariff plan, must always be indicated at the time of booking and ALWAYS kept on a leash andr in case of aggressione with a muzzle even inside the pitch
Owners are obliged to present their animals’ health card, to accompany them outside the campsite for physiological needs (providing immediate removal of any dirt), to ensure that they do not climb onto the sofas or beds in the apartments and that they do not disturb other campsite guests, for example by invading other people’s pitches.
It is not permitted to leave dogs alone, neither on the pitch nor in the apartment.
Only one large dog is allowed in the apartments. The management reserves the right to select, applying exceptions for particular situations.

The management is not responsible for any aggression between dogs or episodes of incivility between owners inside and outside the structure (dog beach and external perimeter of the campsite).
Dogs on the beach regulation
- On the stretch of beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, dogs must be kept on a leash, and in case of aggression, with a muzzle.
- Dogs are not allowed on the Camping’s sunbeds.
- Dogs can be unleashed and left free to run on the stretch of beach facing the mouth of the river, under the direct supervision and responsibility of the owner, who must always respect hygiene rules by using suitable tools to remove excrement.
