All our dishes draw from the richness of traditions, almost always revisited in a marine key, using top quality fish ingredients. Our passion for seafood dishes is evident in the wide range of options we offer, making the choice wide and compelling. Just remember that we have 16 courses on the menu just for fish starters!

Octopus crostone

The sea meets the simplicity of grilled bread. The tender and tasty octopus is enhanced by a slow and intense tomato sauce. A dish that recalls summer barbecues on the coast, with the scent of wood and the Mediterranean in the air.

A green and creamy hug: wild nettle colors the dumplings, scampi cream envelops them in a soft and fragrant dance. An elegant and decisive first course, which combines nature and the sea with sincere and surprising taste.

Paccheri with fresh tuna, olives, yellow datterino and pistachios

A Mediterranean dish in heart and colours: fresh tuna meets the flavor of olives and the sweetness of yellow datterini. Pistachios give crunchiness and an oriental scent. Intense but refined flavour, like a sunset over the sea.
